We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone fluent in Danish and passionate about driving growth in the IT consulting sector. As a BDR, you will be critical in identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients while contributing to the company’s sales pipeline and long-term success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  1. Identify and research potential clients in the Danish IT market.
  2. Utilize various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events) to generate leads.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and align them with our IT consulting service

Sales Pipeline Management

  1. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with target customer profiles.
  2. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and timely client information.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to move prospects through the pipeline efficiently.

Client Engagement

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  2. Conduct needs analysis to identify challenges and propose customized IT solutions.
  3. Deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and proposals.

Market Insights

  1. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in the Danish IT industry.
  2. Provide feedback to internal teams to refine services and strategies.

Collaboration and Reporting

  1. Partner with marketing and technical teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  2. Report on sales activities, results, and forecasts.

The following are highly desirable:

  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or IT consulting (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and
    software development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite (office located in Mabalacat, Pampanga) - preferrably
